Snow Roofing Restoration

Roof repairs

Leaks, missing shingles and wind damage fixed by our roof installers, starting with a free inspection and estimate.

Not every roof problem means a new roof. A few shingles might blow off in a windstorm, or water might get in around a vent or chimney. Ice can also back up along the eaves over a hard winter. Each of these can often be fixed on its own. The sooner you deal with a leak, the less damage water does to the decking, insulation and ceilings below. We start with a free inspection and estimate. We look for where the water is actually getting in, which isn't always right above the stain. Then we tell you honestly whether a repair makes sense or whether the roof is far enough along that replacement is the better use of your money. If wind or hail caused the damage, our project managers are certified storm damage inspectors. They can tell you whether it's worth filing an insurance claim. See storm damage assessments for how that works. Call or send us a note to set up an inspection.

Common questions

Should I repair my roof or replace it?

A repair usually makes sense if the damage is limited to one area and the rest of the roof is in good shape. Widespread curling, granule loss or repeated leaks often mean replacement is the better investment. We'll look at the whole roof and tell you which way we'd go.

Is the inspection free?

Yes. We offer a free inspection and estimate, so you know what's wrong and what it will take before you decide.

Who does the repair work?

Our own roof installers do the repairs.
