Roof replacement
Full GAF roofing systems installed by our own roof installers, with help on the insurance claim when storm damage is involved.
A roof that needs replacing usually shows it. You may see curling or missing shingles, granules collecting in the gutters, or a stain spreading on an upstairs ceiling. We start with a free inspection and estimate. If wind or hail is part of the picture, our project managers help with the insurance claim from the first step through the end of the project. More on that is under storm damage assessments. We install the full GAF roofing system, not just the shingles. That means Pro-Start starter strip on the eaves and rakes to help keep shingles from blowing off. WeatherWatch ice and water barrier goes in the eaves and valleys, where ice dams and runoff do the most harm. Roof deck protection goes over the decking. Cobra Ridge Runner ridge ventilation lets the attic breathe, and Seal-A-Ridge caps cover the hips and ridges. We can go over GAF shingle styles and colors with you so the new roof suits the house. When you're ready, get in touch to set up the inspection.

Common questions
What goes into a new roof besides the shingles?
We use all the components of the GAF roofing system. That covers starter strip on the eaves and rakes, ice and water barrier in the eaves and valleys, and roof deck protection. It also covers ridge ventilation and Seal-A-Ridge caps on the hips and ridges. Each part protects a different weak spot on the roof.
Can insurance pay for a roof replacement?
Your insurance company may cover a replacement if wind or hail damage meets the level it needs for a claim. Our project managers are certified storm damage inspectors, so they can tell you whether the damage supports a legitimate claim. If it does, we help you through the claim.
Who actually installs the roof?
We employ our own roof installers and project managers, and a project manager stays with you from the first step through the end of the project.
